With a Dominion Made to Order Jacket, our fine craftsmen individually tailor your garment using the ready sizing options provided to ensure you … all you need to do is decide which style and color you want and let us do the rest.

How long does it take?

As each garment is handcrafted with care in New Zealand, your jacket will take approximately 3 weeks to complete, hand pack and ship to your door.

How much does shipping cost me?

Nothing. We will pay for the shipping to you direct from New Zealand, so shipping is free. Also, if the garment does not fit, we will pay for the return shipping too. If you are required to pay a customs duty on your order, we will refund you that amount - just keep the receipt and send us a copy to claim.

What if it doesn't fit?

If the garment does not fit you, we will pay for the return shipping, and provide a full refund. It's important that you take care when trying the garment on that you do not damage it, as returns must be in new condition.

Will I be able to track my order?

We will keep you up to date with the progress on your jacket, as soon as it ships you will receive an international courier tracking number which you can use to track your order, from our factory in New Zealand, direct to your door.
